Please note that products purchased during discount sales or promotional campaigns are not eligible for return or exchange. Once a discounted item is purchased, the sale is considered final. This policy ensures clarity and consistency in our sales process.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. To accommodate this, we offer an exchange policy for your convenience.

For Orders Shipped Within Bangladesh
• Exchange Period: You may exchange a product within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Procedure:
• Visit any of our outlets with the original receipt or invoice (for online orders).
• Our staff will assist you in selecting a replacement product.
• Exchange Value:
• The new product must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase.
• If you choose a higher-priced item, you must pay the price difference.

Conditions for Exchange
• The product must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• This policy does not apply to items purchased during discount sales or promotional periods.

Return Policy

We strive to ensure that the products you order meet your expectations. However, if your order arrives in an unexpected condition, we are committed to resolving any issues.

A product qualifies for a return if it meets any of the following conditions:
• Major quality defects
• Damaged during shipment
• Wrong product, size, or color
• Product lost in shipment

Return Process for Orders Delivered Within Bangladesh
• Inform Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The original invoice slip must be included with the return.
• The product must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached.
• Returns must be sent via courier service within 15 calendar days of receiving the product to our e-commerce warehouse.

Note: Shipping costs will not be credited for returns.
